COMMISSION POLICIES
Please read before filling out the form.
1.) All commissions will require a $5.00 deposit PER ITEM via Paypal after acknowledgment of request is given to the buyer via e-mail and before work will be done on the sprite. If the total cost of a sprite is less than $5.00, then full payment up-front will be required for that item.
2.) Communication is essential during the commission process! Please provide a valid email address – one you will check regularly. We may need to correspond with you several times throughout the commission process to discuss details, show you progress of your order, and to discuss payment and delivery. While we understand that things can come up and people have busy lifestyles, prompt responses are appreciated. Please keep us informed if you will be away or of any other circumstances. We will offer you the same courtesy. If a request for payment goes unanswered for more than 3 days without any notice from the buyer of such circumstances, your commission will be canceled and your deposit forfeited.
3.) Please limit your commission to 5 sprites per request. This can be discussed further after your commission has been accepted, but generally we cannot handle many large orders. This is for your benefit so that we may finish your order quickly!
4.) WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY COMMISSION REQUEST. It’s certainly nothing personal. We truly value your interest in our work and your business, and encourage you to challenge us with your custom requests and to find interesting pre-existing sprites. HOWEVER, some sprites are simply too large or complex for our current resources to accomodate. Generally 8-bit and 16-bit sprites are safe, but there are some (such as Punch-Out and some Street Fighter sprites) that are simply too big for our workspace at the moment. We will inform you of these circumstances when we respond to your request. Thanks for your understanding!
5.) Other additional policies may apply, and these will be brought to your attention if applicable during your commission acceptance.
